82-year-old male, obesity degree I (BMI 30-34.9). Diabetic, Hypertension. CEAP C6 classification. Positive swab for pseudomonas, St. Aureus, treated with numerous ATBs. NRS. 5

Injury that began about 8 months ago steadily worsened.

Male 58 years old. Left lower limb lymphedema. Vasculitis. Previous  bladder carcinoma. ISL III classification. failed skin graft.  Lympho-venous lesions. NRS 9-10. Ulcerations in situ for about 8 months. Healing time 9 months.
